Here he wanted me to get one specific toy and play with him instead of clicking with my camera (Albert does not mind the camera, he is usually happy to pose, it is just that back then he thought about that toy). And then Jocke made noise and Albert got distracted and forgot about what he wanted. But I took out the toy anyway and we played.

As Saffy was using the Christmas tree as her personal indoor training gym – we had to keep her out of the lounge and in the kitchen – which meant she got bored … and ATE a lot .. so has got a bit chubby right now! I am sure she will slim back down shortly when the days warm up though!!

I didn’t realise that Siamese don’t shed much .. I had noticed that Saffy didn’t seem to shed .. but just thought is was because she was young. Or that I couldn’t see her fur .. for the amount of WHITE fur all over the whole of our lounge’s wooden floor left by our big, daft, white dog Bracken .. who sheds all year round! This Furminator thing looks good . . but it seems a bit expensive right now! I will have to save up for one !!!

Exactly! I keep on telling to Jossan the same thing – Leroy can eat whatever he wants as long as it is not our flowers or something poisonous. But Jossan thinks that things she does not understand should be objected about in the language of the Paw!

Vi kan ju prova att ge honom kål också. Jag provade att ge honom broccoli för ett par dagar sedan men de var inte populärt.
Ash älskar ju melon så mycket att han går upp på bordet för att få en smakbit eller försöker sig på ett “shark attack- hopp” när melonen trasporterars mellan matbordet och våra munnar. Han gillar tydligen krukväxter också då han käkade upp en av min mammas krukväxter i julas med god aptit. Helt ogenerad stog han och mumsade medan hela min familj stog och skrattade åt honom. Kollade upp krukväxten på internet och den var inte farlig för katter så det var väl bra att han tugga på den och inte en av de giftiga.

Bicolore Siamese are very pretty. They look so interesting with their pattern and colors – with both white patches and Siamese points. And creme bicolors look almost like white Siamese, the ones I saw were very light in color.

Gandhi was adorable when he was small, we first met him and his siblings when he was 3 weeks old and then we met several times before he moved! He looked like a blue mini Leroy back then and was so adorable and brave and social! His third sister Noora lives in Stockholm, we met her again some 1,5 years ago. She is the nicest Siamese girl I’ve ever met. Both Monica and I are very happy with our ‘grandchildren’.

After the picture of Albert above was taken, I added the electric lights and more ornaments and I have the lights plugged in only when we are at home.

I don’t now what can repell Albert. There is nothing he does not like about the tree!

Yes, Albert sits exactly like that!!! Shaking and swaying the tree and boxing the shiny balls and chewing on the soft decorations. So much fun!

I have some of that type of spray you are using too – and she seems impervious to it but I will keep trying !!! lol!!

BTW, I was so relieved when I came home from work today and the tree was not on the floor…

He is even worse! All of our precious glass decorations are carefully packed in the cellar; I am using the plastic ones we bought last year.

He is also chewing on plastic and glitter, so I sprayed the whole tree with Get Off spray (that I never used, the cats are so nice otherwise!). Now our house smells so citrusy. Not a traditional scent of Christmas, not really.

Albert stopped chewing on the tree after Get Off (or, he chews a bit, stops, totally disgusted and then looks at me and whines like a little goat “Meeeeeow, what did you put here!?”, I think he is saying), so it helped. But he is still climbing on the tree!

There is a plastic support piece that goes inside the star and holds the light bulb. We put the start together and closed it by tying a rope that is so small that is barely visible. We leave them on during the night.

Soon we will be putting the rest of the Christmas decorations, you can imagine the excitement in the cat group!

He is definitely very regal, and so are Jossan and Leroy! At the same time, he is different than our other cats. Jossan also dragged around stuff when she was younger, but no other cat ever drowned their toys and then arranged them and other objects together, in an odd yet elaborate manner. He does that all the time!

Siamese are excellent models, they like to pose and always look so elegant!

Even your house is all Siamese, the colours of the room match the colours of your cats.

Jossan has three siblings (one of them is Miii. Their brother, Gandhi, lives in Copenhagen, Denmark. The third sister, Noora, lives with one family in Stockholm). They were born on 27th December 2007. That was a nice X-mas present to her breeder and us!

Leroy got his daughter delivered to him 3 months later and has taken care of her and helped her bring up her offspring since then.
